A Note on Scheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, and sometimes appointments need to move. My new booking system now automates deposits and cancellations to keep things simple and fair for everyone:
• Appointments scheduled online/text require 25% non-refundable deposit
• If canceled/rescheduled this deposit may be applied to your next booking unless it is rescheduled as well
• Additional 25% deposit will apply when you reschedule your appointment.
• If you pre-book after your appointment, no deposit is required.
• Reschedule/cancel with less than 4 hours notice 3x for the same session, let's adjust future booking requirements 🙏
• No Show = 75% cancellation fee (the remainder after deposit)
